Hosting and cloud server services are set up automatically once your payment is confirmed; access details are emailed to you and shown in your customer panel. Dedicated servers require hardware preparation, so setup time depends on the configuration — we keep you informed throughout.

Yes. You can request a plan change from the customer panel. When upgrading, only the prorated difference for the remaining days is billed; when downgrading, the difference is credited to your account balance.

Open the service page in your customer panel and submit a cancellation request; you can choose to cancel at the end of the billing period or immediately. Withdrawal and refund terms are set out in the legal documents on our site.

For cloud servers you can choose Ubuntu 24.04, Debian 12, AlmaLinux 9 or Rocky Linux 9 at checkout. If you need a different system, contact our support team.
