If you think a server or site on our infrastructure is being abused, you can tell us on the Report Abuse page. Every report is reviewed together with its evidence.

What can you report?
- Unsolicited email (spam)
- Phishing and fake websites
- Malware and virus hosting
- Copyright infringement
- Attacks, scanning or denial of service (DDoS)
- Illegal content
Filling in the form
- Choose the Report type.
- In Reported address enter the domain, URL or IP address.
- In Description explain what happened, when, and how you noticed.
- Add an evidence link if you have one (a screenshot or email headers).
- Enter your name, email address and, optionally, your phone; we will contact you if needed.
- Tick the box confirming the information is accurate and click Submit report.
Details that speed things up
- For spam: the full headers of the email and when it was sent (with time zone).
- For phishing: the address of the fake page and a screenshot if possible.
- For attacks: the relevant lines from your own server logs, the time of the attack and the source IP address.
- For copyright: the addresses of the content you believe infringes and of the original work.
After you report
Your report is reviewed by our trust and compliance staff. If a violation is confirmed, appropriate measures are taken under the service agreement and acceptable use terms. We may contact you only if more information is needed; details of the outcome may not always be shared.
False reports: knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing can lead to civil and criminal liability. Please provide only accurate, verifiable information.
If you received a report about your service
If a report concerns your service you are notified by email and a support ticket. Customers who fix the problem and reply within the stated time are not interrupted; if there is no reply the service may be suspended. If you suspect your server has been compromised, see the VPS security checklist and What to do if your VPS was hacked guides.
This form is for abuse reports only; for anything else open a ticket.
